Jaw crusher wedges
The jaw crusher adopts wedge adjustment, which works by adjusting the relative movement of the two wedges between the adjusting seat and the rear wall of the frame to realize the adjustment of the discharge opening of the crusher. The jaw crusher wedge is connected with the screw through the pin. The screw rod is loaded into the sleeve nut, and the sleeve nut is installed in the adjustment seat. A pair of tapered roller bearings are arranged between the sleeve nut and the adjustment seat so that the two can be relatively freely rotated, and the cover I and the cover II are separately installed. At both ends of the adjustment seat, the adjustment seat is mounted on the support, and the support is coupled to the side wall of the frame by bolts. The adjustment is quick and easy, and the stepless adjustment of the discharge opening is realized.

The adjustment of the crusher discharge port can be achieved by the relative movement of the two wedges between the rear thrust plate support and the rear wall of the frame. Easy to adjust, save time, no need to stop the adjustment, but increase the size and weight of the machine.
